Let H , K H,K and A A be positive reals satisfying 21 H K + 2 K A + 8 A H 12 21HK+2KA+8AH\leq 12 .

Let the minimal value of the expression above is M M and the sum of H , K , A H,K,A when the equality holds be S S . Compute M + S \left \lceil M+S \right \rceil .
