Projectile motion of ball 3

A ball A A is thrown horizontally, and at the same time, another ball B B is thrown with an angle of θ \theta to the horizontal line, as shown above. The horizontal throw lengths of the two balls are the same, which is s s in the picture, and the landing point of both balls is the point P P on the floor. Until the ball A A arrives at P , P, which of the following statements is correct?

a) The two balls arrive at P P at the same time.

b) The accelerations of the two balls are the same.

c) The velocity of the ball B B relative to that of the ball A A is constant.

b) and c) a) and b) b) only a) only

relative acceleration is zero and B will reach after A

RELATIVE ACCELERATION IS ZERO BECAUSE ACCELERATION ON BOTH THE BALL IS g. BALL B WILL REACH THE GROUND AFTER A BECAUSE IS HAS ONE VERTICAL COMPONENT IN UPWARD DIRECTION

look here horizontal distance of both cases are same..... so for ball a, s=v0cos0.t1,,,,,,, for ball b, s=v0costeetha.t2,,,, now ,,,, v0cos0t1=v0costeetha.t2 as v0cos0 greater than v0costeetha, so,t2 greater than t1...

got it????

sorry i couldnt use complex fonts..!!!!!!!! cheers!!!!!!!!!!
