I did it using CS.

I made a program to show the number of primes between 2 numbers.

I inserted 40320 and 40400. And the 1st one was 40343 40343 . So 8 ! + 23 8!+23

I do agree that CS would make the problem like a piece of cake, but I still hope for a non-CS solution. Anyways, can you please post your code, in this case?
