The logic is simple... Each number is the combination of two digits- The first digit is the total number of letters in the word and the second digit is the number vowels in the word... For January- total letters are 7 and number of vowels is 3...hence 73
So for September- Total letters are 9 And number of vowels is 3 And hence the answer is 93
