A proton is 2 up quarks and 1 down quark. This leaves us with 2 down quarks and 1 up quark which we can use to make 1 neutron, so we can make 1 proton and 1 neutron! \boxed{ \textrm{ 1 proton and 1 neutron! }}

Thanks for bringing an element of Astronomy!
