If angle B=90, A C = 3 2 + 4 2 = 5 AC=\sqrt{3^2+4^2}=5 .If angle B=180, A C = 3 + 4 = 7 AC=3+4=7 ,so A C AC is from 5 to 7,and the perimeter is from 12 to 14
