The criminal pays $ 500 × 12 = $ 6000 \$500\times12=\$6000 per year. The number of years it will take to pay of the debt is equal to 180 million 6000 = 180 × 1 0 6 6 × 1 0 3 = 30 × 1 0 3 = 30000 \dfrac{180\text{ million}}{6000}=\dfrac{180\times10^6}{6\times10^3}=30\times10^3=\boxed{30000}

Whoever sentenced that to him sure is dumb.

180 000 000/500 = 360 000........ 360 000/12 = 30 000

1) 180 Million = 180, 000, 000

2) 180 000 000 divided by 500 = 360 000 (How many months it will take)

3) 360 000 divided by 12 (Months in a year) = 30 000

1year=500x12 ,3y=6000x3=18000 so 180million devide by 18000=10000.so 10000x3x1year(6000)=180million so the answer is 30000
