This is equivalent to 9 9 3 + 3 ⋅ 9 9 2 + 3 ⋅ 99 + 1 − 1 = ( 99 + 1 ) 3 − 1 = 999999 99^3 + 3 \cdot 99^2 + 3 \cdot 99 + 1 - 1 = (99+1)^3-1 = \boxed{999999}
