There are 2 types of diabetes.Type-1 and Type-2. Type 1 is not so common(only 10%). A person is type -1 diabetic when insulin is NOT produced in body. type 2 diabetes is caused when body does not produce ENOUGH insulin to compensate for the impaired ability to use insulin in body.
