Imagine that you have 13 people engaging in a 5 kilometer race. The first five individuals to cross the finish line earn a cash reward equal to 100 minus their finish time. Now let's say that the first one to the Iine runs an 18:00 minute flat. How many possible combinations of the next 4 racers are there that guarantee that ALL of them will earn more than $50?

Note: The time on the clock is shown as minutes:seconds, i.e. 21:59. No racers share the same finish time. Note: Expressions that represent a ombination count will look as "integerCinteger" (i.e. 60C2).
