Radar Scanner 2

Sam is driving a stealth helicopter with maximum speed π km/sec \pi \text{ km/sec} . His aim is to invade an army base, i.e reach it without getting detected by the radar scanner. He knows that the radar scanner (of the base) has a maximum range of 1350 km 1350\text{ km} , and is in the form of a line (like shown in the picture) which rotates at a rate of 1 degree per second.

Can he make it?

Note: by stealth, I mean that the radar scanner is the only way for the enemy to detect his helicopter.

No math needed, right? It's a stealth helicopter.

What I meant by stealth helicopter is that it cannot be detected by other means, apart from the scanner... sorry about that. I'll fix the question.
