Ramesh owns a dairy farm on which he maintains a certain number of cows. Thus he rented a cowshed from his neighbour. Recently, he bought a few more but was annoyed to discover that his cowshed was not large enough to accommodate them all. Thus he had to keep 8 cows in the open. To overcome this, he expanded his shed by half of its size to find that it could house an equal number as extra/surplus which were initially left to stray in the open. Now, as you would have guessed, he suffered a loss because he had to pay more rent for the shed. If the loss can be expressed as a percentage of the number of cows, find the sum of the digits in this final answer.

Let us assume the no. of cows be C so C-8 can fit in space S so let us form the equation C-8 = S Similarly C+8 = 1.5 S.Solving th eequation we have Cows equal to 40 and the loss is of 8 cows so 20% so 2+0=2
