Product of 'c' and 3 = 3 x c = 3c According to question, Product of 'c' and 3 = b

Therefore, 3c = b

So, c = b/3

Now, c + 3 can be written as (b/3) + 3 which is the answer.........

According to question.
3 × c = b \Rightarrow 3×c=b
c = b 3 c=\dfrac{b}{3}

c + 3 = b 3 + 3 \Rightarrow c+3=\boxed{\dfrac{b}{3}+3}
