Redistribution Of Charges
The charge on each plate prior to redistribution of charges: Q1= 7q/28 , Q2= 15q/56, Q3= 5q/14, Q4= 25q/56,……….. Q∞ . Thus Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4…….. form a type of series. The sum of charges on face J and D after redistribution of charges is a/b and thus calculate the value of x , where x= (b-a)^(1/3).
