So, If Each Person Gets 15 Sweets, There Will Be 20 Sweets Left. So, If Each Person Gets 20 Sweets, He Would Need 45 More Sweets.

Difference In Number Of Sweets Each Person Gets : 20 - 15 = 5

Sum Of Sweets Needed If Needed To Satisfy The Difference : 45 + 20 = 65

Amount Of People : 65 / 5 = 13

The second statement should be sufficient: N = nb. of people, 20*N = 215 + 45 = 260, so N = 260/20 = 13
