According to the B O D M A S BODMAS rule division should be done first

thus we see in L.H.S that 12 is only divisible by 4(since R.H.S is an integer) so thus we are confirmed that in second ? mark it would be division sign . (ans 3)

now the second step should be done is multiplication

thus we can see that if we multiply 3 by 5 the product would be small and R.H.S contains huge term. Thus the first ? mark should be plus sign

now just we have to see the option

why if your eq. is MDAS

See the answer (59) and think about what should be the perfect sign to make the answer... 18?12?4?5=59

18*12=216, 216/4=54, 54+5=59.... That's the answer =D

18 x 12/4 + 5 = 18 x 3 + 5 = 54 + 5 = 59. Division and multiplication have precedence over addition and subtraction.
