f v = k \frac{f}{v}=k , where k k is a constt.

f 1 f 2 \frac{f_1}{f_2} = v 1 v 2 \frac{v_1}{v_2}

450 f 2 \frac{450}{f_2} = v 1 1.04 v 1 \frac{v_1}{1.04 v_1}

f 2 = 1.04 × 450 f_2=1.04 \times 450

f 2 = 468 H z \boxed{f_2=468 Hz}
