Which one of these methods is not the formula to find the area of a square?

A = s 2 A=s^2 where s s is a side length. A = 2 R 2 A=2R^2 where R R is the circumradius. A = d 3 4 A=\frac {d^3}{4} where d d is the diagonal A = 4 r 2 A=4r^2 where r r is the inradius.

side^3 doesn't make sense in case of area so d^3 is answer as d= a x root2

well in that case, the third option was A=2R,that is just side(it is also not square).Then how is this correct.

watch out for units!!! area is for sq. units............. not cubic

no way

except 2nd choices every choices have square terms... so they gives square units... but 2nd one have cube term... so it must give cubic units.... hence it becomes volume but not a area....
