1 solution

1 3 = 3 × 4 + 1 = 1 2 + 1 \boxed{1}3 = \boxed{3} \times 4 + 1 = \boxed{1}2 + 1 . Other possibility would be 3 3 = 8 × 4 + 1 = 3 2 + 1 \boxed{3}3 = \boxed{8} \times 4 + 1 = \boxed{3}2 + 1 but this case is not among the solutions

Exactly what I think!
