Ring runway puzzle
There is an annular runway with a total length of 1 units. N starts from the same place on the runway and runs down the track clockwise. Everyone's speed is fixed, but the speed of different people is different. To prove or to overthrow, there is always a moment for everyone who is more than one-tenth of an N away from everyone else.
