An RLC circuit is an electrical circuit consisting of a resistor, an inductor and a capacitor, connected in series or in parallel. Diagram [A] above is an RLC series circuit, and diagram [B] shows the voltages in the resistor and inductor, respectively, as a function of time. The maximum voltage of the AC power supply is 15 V . 15\text{ V}. What are the maximum current intensity flowing in the resistor and the maximum voltage between a and b ?

I(max)=15/30=0.5A

Vab=sqrt(15^2 + 20^2)=25
