Whenever a sphere rolls on ground with sufficient friction than in rolling the velocity of point in contact with the ground is zero and hence no friction acts on it then why it stops after moving certain distance.

Because the torque due to normal creates an opposing torque on rolling tyre. friction on rolling tyre is not zero tyre will never stop None of the above
