Its a simple fact when the earth rotates about it's own axis the places at the poles will have to cover less distance...than tht the region at the equator has to cover in the same time obviously...thus the places at the poles have a less velocity than tht at the lands at d equator...and this can be proved by a simple circular motion formula...v=wr.....w is the angular velocity.....r is the distance from the imaginary axis of the earth....to the surface of the earth...we surely can lauch the rockets from the pole...but we'll have to supply a high velocity to the rocket so tht it can reach over the escape velocity of the earth.....which means supplying high energy....which might also lead to fatal accidents....or blasts.
