Given B C = 30 cm , A B = 15 cm , O C = 4 cm , BC = 30 \text{ cm}, AB = 15 \text{ cm}, OC = 4 \text{ cm}, find the force F 0 F_0 (in Newtons) required to apply to the left end of the rod so that the whole system remains in balance.
