Rotation !!!

Geometry Level 2

Find the equation of the Curve x 2 + y 2 = 4 x^{2} + y^{2} = 4 when the coordinate system is rotated by an angle equal to π 50 \frac{\pi}{50} .

x 2 + y 2 = 16 x^{2} + y^{2} =16 x 2 + y 2 = 2 x^{2} + y^{2} = 2 x 2 + y 2 = 1 x^{2} + y^{2}=1 x 2 + y 2 = 4 x^{2} + y^{2} = 4

As x 2 + y 2 = 4 x^2+y^2=4 is a circle, rotate the coordinate system won't change its ecuation cause is symetric

The "curve" is in the form x^2 + y^2 = r^2 so it is a circle and the equation won't change when you rotate the circle.

You're rotating, not translating or dilating, so the position is still the same for the circle.
