Rubens' tube is a tube that is filled with inflammable gases and has a speaker attached to its end. The tube also has several holes in it. When the gas is lit and the speaker is set to an arbitrary frequency, the tube forms a waveform.

The pressure at the nodes will be high. From Bernoulli principle we know that air travels from high to low pressure hence there is a surplus of inflammable air in low pressure region which we see as anti-node.
