Common sense, I guess. Friction is always present, but here the train is moving quite fast, meaning friction isn't acting on you the most. Gravity, ok... same as friction it is always present and always acting on you, but in this case (using common sense) it isn't the main force acting on you.
Which leaves Air drag. THE TRAIN IS MOVING AT 20M/S or 72KM/HR. Meaning air drag is acting on you the most.
