Every birthday of my life,I put as many peso in a jar as my age in years.I now have 120 pesos in my jar.How old am I?


The answer is 15.

Since it is not said that pesos are removed from jar, we have to add numbers from 1 to n(age). Sum(n) = n(n+1)/2 On solving the equation, we get n=15
