I have $400 in my bank account in January. If I save $500 every month, will I be able to save enough money for an expensive bottle of champagne by Christmas that costs $2500?

In January alone you have $ 400 \$400 . Then from January to December, you can save a total of 500 ( 12 ) = 6000 500(12)=6000 . All in all, you have 400 + 6000 = 6400 400+6000=6400 . You can buy two bottles of expensive champagne if you want.

i have already 400$ and i am saving 500/month . so, i will have = 500 × 12 500 \times 12 +400 =6400$

i , could buy an extra bottle for my friend.
