1 0 0 = 1 10^{0}=1

1 × 1 0 1 = 0.1 1 \times 10^{-1} = 0.1

1 0 1 = 0.1 10^{-1} = 0.1

1 × 1 0 1 = 10 1 \times 10^{1} =10
