There are 4 boxes in a Column. Match the sequence of each column. 3rd Column has only 2 lines between and match the same in options given. The probable answer would be only 3 out of 6. Either C,D or F. Then match the second column from top. Previous blocks have only 1 line between and out of the chosen options, only 2 can be of that type.. Ie. c & F. Now match the second column again.. It has no diagonal lines and hence, pattern can't have diagonal limes. Therefore rule out option C also. What's left is the answer.

Look at is closely... Mostly the top to bottom columns.
