In a triangle, if you draw a point and connect it to the 3 vertex, you get 3 triangles. The sum of the heights of those triangles is equal to the height of the triangle. Then, you se were in the triangle (you can use an enquilateral to make it easier) the two small heights are bigger than the big one, and you get 1/4
