The answer for 1, 2 and 3 digits for this question does not exist, so the smallest one is actually 1210 (n = 4 = 1 + 2 + 1 + 0).

1210
2020
21200
3211000
42101000
521001000
6210001000

Well, there's no definite solution for this problem, but the easiest way to do it would be to build it up from 1.

1 digit- 1

2 digit- 10

3 digit- 200

4 digit- 2020

5 digit- 21100

6 digit- none?

so 7 digit- 32211000.
