F n = ⌈ 8 n − 1 2 ⌉ F{_n} = \lceil \frac{\sqrt{8n-1}}{2}\rceil

I think the answer SB 23.

253rd term is last 22. n ( n + 1 ) 2 = 253 \frac{n(n+1)}{2} = 253 .
