9 - 5 = 4

16 - 9 = 7

29 - 16 = 13

54 - 29 = 25

103 - 54 = 49

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 7 AND 4 IS 3

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 13 AND 7 IS 3*2 = 6

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 25 AND 13 IS 6*2 = 12

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 49 AND 25 IS 12*2 = 24

24 *2 = 48

48 + 49 = 97 ADD THE 97 WITH 103 = 200 IS THE ANSWER
