let it is equal to 2 s { 2 }^{ s } where S= 1 4 + 2 8 + 3 16 + 4 32 + . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . \frac { 1 }{ 4 } +\frac { 2 }{ 8 } +\frac { 3 }{ 16 } +\frac { 4 }{ 32 } +.................. and S/2 = 1 8 + 2 16 + 3 32 + 4 64 + . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . \frac { 1 }{ 8} +\frac { 2 }{ 16 } +\frac { 3 }{ 32 } +\frac { 4 }{ 64 } +.................. . Subtracting will give S/2= 1 4 + 1 8 + 1 16 + . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . \frac { 1 }{ 4 } +\frac { 1}{ 8 } +\frac { 1 }{ 16 } +.................. = 1 4 1 1 2 = 1 2 \frac { \frac { 1 }{ 4 } }{ 1-\frac { 1 }{ 2 } } =\frac { 1 }{ 2 } =S=1 Hence, given product is 2 1 \boxed { { 2 }^{ 1 } } = 2
