Shift Hour Confusion, A Double Trouble.

The General Manager of the Company Decided to release Rosters for Staffs when the Director of the company forced him. The Staffs were having 1 day off and a straight 6 Days 12 hours shift. However a new roster has been released. Staffs were divided into 2 groups.

  1. Group "A" Having 2 Days Off with 5 Days straight 12 hours shift.
  2. Group "B" Having 1 Day Off with 6 Days straight but 8 hours shift.

The calculation of the both Groups total working hours should supposed to be the same.

Is It right? If not then please explain!

Group A and B are having the same total working hours Group A is working 4 hours extra [Per Day] than Group B Don't Know! Group B is working 4 hours extra [Per Day] than Group A
