As current is considered as the flow of positive charge so, net flow of charge towards right or net flow of positive charge = ne. As I = ne/t, here t = 1 .So, I = (1.2+ 2.8)×10^18 ×1.6 × 10^–19 A= 0.64 A (towards right)
