From the link, we can get this information:

2 3 5 = 2 ( m o d 3 10 ) 23^5 = 2 (\mod 3^{10})

Squaring it gets us:

2 3 10 = 4 ( m o d 3 10 ) 23^{10} = \boxed{4} (\mod 3^{10})
