8*3=24, Hence boxes in the second row are 2 and 4 respectively. Now, 27-24=3 which implies boxes in the first row are 2 and 7 and hence missing data in the boxes are 2,7,2,4 sum of which is 2+7+2+4=15.

I am an IDIOT! I just added 24 and 27! LOL!
