Firstly, we know that 16 workers take 18 hours. Next we divide the 18 by two and multiple the 16 by two. Next we take the 2 and multiply that by 4 and take the 144 and divide that by 4 so you should end up with 36 workers and 8 hours. Now, we just minus 16 and this should leave the answer of 20.
