Here A=0, B=1, C=0, D=0, E=0 and F= -1 So B^2-4AC = 1>0
Again here, a=0, b=0, c= -1, f=0, g=0 and h= 1/2 abc + 2fgh -af^2 - bg^2 - ch^2 = 0+0-0-0+1/4 = 1/4 which is not equal to 0
