If you see in the base system you will notice that

51 in base 7 is 36

100 in base 7 is 49

121 in base 7 is 64

so these form sequence of squares so next term will be 1 1 2 11^2 in base 7 i.e 232

I think that you mean " 51 51 in base 7 7 is 36 36 ", etc..

Do you think this is level 3 worth 65 points? I mean thinking of changing base is not so common?

This is more confusing for me. Why don't just write something like "51 (base 7) is equal to 36 (base 10)"
