sorry but I am not really good at explanation but I will just show you the solution:
4x+(5x)(4x)=16
4x+ 2 0 x 2 =16
2 0 x 2 +4x+16=0
(4x+4)(5x-4)=0
4x+4=0 5x-4=0
4x/4=-4/4 5x/5=4/5
x=-1 x=4/5
CHECKING:
4x+(5x)(4x)=16
4(-1)+[(5)(-1)][(4)(-1)]=16
-4+(-5)(-4)=16
-4+20=16
16=16
Since 16=16 then the 1st number is -1 :)
