How many possible set of [x1,y1,x2,y2] can be happen in term of a, b, L1, L2 and L3 ?

where - x1,y1 is all the possible locations can happen on circle on right hand side (RHS). - x2,y2 is all the possible locations can happen on circle on left hand side (LHS). - L1 is the radius of the circle (right) - L3 is the radius of the circle (left) - L2 is the link that connecting [x1,x2] to [y1,y2] - [a, b] is the [x, y] location of the centre of the left circle
note: a, b, L1, L2, L3 are constant.
