first we start off with 12,12,12,5,8 then solve 3 which leaves us with loovs then 2 which is backwards svool then to decode 1 it' s=8 which is h v=5 e o=12 which is l*2 and l=12 but because it is already l it becomes o which gives us hello

First we start with the reverse - 8,5,12,12,12. Either l or o can be 12 as o=l=12, therefore the number must end in a combination of l's and o's - the only possibility being 'hello'.

Good Work!
