BY USING THE FORMULA OF FORCE ACTING ON A SPRING I CALCULATE THE SPRING CONSTANT AND THEN PUT ITS VALUE IN THE FORMULA OF VELOCITY AND PUT X=0 FOR MAXIMUM VELOCITY.
