Simple Harmonic Motion (least time taken)

Level 1

A particule P is moving along the x-axis. At time t seconds the displacement, x meters,of P from the origin O is given by x=4sin2t ... Now, Calculate the least value of t (t>0) for which P's speed is 4 ms^-1. (In the discussion/solution pls do say why here "least" is mentioned i mean there's only 1 solution here right?..ok now try out!! )
