The first three non-negative numbers are 0, 1 and 2. NOT 1, 2 and 3 because 0 is neither positive nor negative and in the question it is asked not negative Don't be confused with not negative and positive

So, the mean or average = 0 + 1 + 2 3 \frac{0 + 1 + 2}{3}

= 3 3 \frac{3}{3}

= 1 \boxed{1}

I am right
