Given [((a^(-4)) (b^3) (c^2)]/[(a) (b^(-2)) (c^3)], multiply by (a^4) (b^2) (c^(-2))/[a^4) (b^2) (c^(-2))] = 1, and get (b^5)/[(a^5) (c)]. Raising to the -4th power, the answer is (a^20) (c^4)/(b^20).
